What is included with admission?
Every ticket includes park admission and access to more than 30 core attractions. Dinosaur rides, dinosaur feeding, the Mega Slide and the 360° Ride are included with select ticket packages. Visit our admissions page to compare packages.
What makes River City Adventure Park different from other pumpkin patches?
River City Adventure Park combines a traditional fall experience with giant dinosaurs, dinosaur encounters, pumpkins, games, adventure attractions and more than 40 photo opportunities—all in one family destination.
Do you really have dinosaurs at the pumpkin patch?
Yes. Families can see giant dinosaurs, meet baby dinosaurs, explore the dinosaur area and enjoy prehistoric activities. Select ticket packages also include a dinosaur ride and the chance to feed a dinosaur.
What ages is River City Adventure Park best for?
The park is designed for families with children of different ages. Younger children can enjoy the dinosaur encounters, play areas, corn pit, photo opportunities and games, while older children can take on the Mega Slide, obstacle course and other adventure attractions.
How long should we plan to stay?
Most families should plan for approximately two to four hours. Families who want to explore the attractions, take photos, eat and enjoy the dinosaur experiences may stay longer.
When is River City Adventure Park open for the fall season?
The 2026 fall season runs from September 19 through November 15. Operating days and hours vary throughout the season, so check the color-coded calendar before planning your visit.
Are all experiences available during weekday hours?
Some experiences may not be available during weekday hours. Weekends offer the fullest attraction lineup. Review the calendar and attraction information before selecting your visit date.
Are there height requirements for any attractions?
Yes. Guests must be at least 42 inches tall to ride the Mega Slide and the 360° Ride. Additional attraction rules may apply for guest safety.
Do you offer school field trips?
Yes. October field trips are available on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9 AM to 1 PM. Field trips are offered by reservation and are available for schools, daycares, homeschool groups and other organized groups. Visit our field-trip page for details.
Can we host a birthday party at the park?
Birthday party availability is offered on select public operating days. Party options and available times may vary, so advance reservations are recommended.
What happens if bad weather affects our visit?
River City Adventure Park is an outdoor attraction, and operating conditions may be affected by rain, wind or severe weather. Weather-related updates and available options will be communicated through our website and social media pages.
Are ticket sales final?
Yes. All ticket sales are final. Fall tickets may be used on any eligible public operating day during the 2026 fall season, subject to attraction availability and operating conditions.

Yes. Guest parking is free at River City Adventure Park in Caruthersville, Missouri.
