Playground Rules

SUPERVISION

• Parents/caregivers are responsible for child supervision at all times inside the park grounds. All children must be accompanied by an adult parent/caregiver (age 18+) when visiting.
• Lack of adequate adult supervision of children is grounds for immediate removal without refund.
• Child drop-offs are NOT permitted. Guest services staff are here to assist you during your visit, but do not provide childcare services.
• Stay within the boundaries of the package you purchased.

BEHAVIOR

• Rough-housing with exhibits and/or other people is NOT permitted.
• Be kind! We all are here to have a good, relaxing time.
• Disruptive, disrespectful and/or abusive behavior will result in your being asked to leave the park immediately without refund.
• Do not take anything from exhibits or games!

FOOD

• Outside food  is only permitted when you book a party package.
